This latest episode does a great job of giving a simplified explanation of why marketing "professionals" are like cancer to any industry they're a part of if they get even the slightest bit more control than is necessary. (Video Games, Music, Movies, and pretty much any industry with any kind of artistic merit imaginable, including of course fashion, but you probably already knew that ;p)

Halloween ep leaked, no link here
And someone leaked (Edit: Not all, just a massive amount) the art assets used in MLP
EQD is in damage control mode, it's just a 'concept art' leak they say. Full on flash files and art assets for all the ponies are out there. That said, there's a lot of good stuff

Figured i was going to watch the stream of Equstria Games.
Yeah...the movie started 5 mins later.
Commerical!
Movie started again and then 5 mins later.

Move starts up again...and like a clock.

I may grown up at my 20+ age, and i can handle 1-2 commercial break,
but this is just insane!
There are little kids and girls watching this. Im pretty sure they don't care
about latest wipe cleaners or a car. Least show some commercials that's
age appropirated. Pft, hell no... let's talk about pregnancy tests and acne.
Ugh, and people ask why i don't watch TV...
Anyway, a better HD version of the movie should be up sooner or later, i'll just watch that then.
