Then just use that item when she puts on her armor.
They don't modify your home. Kafras only sets memo locations for the Warp Portal skill. Just using a Butterfly Wing will get you out of Niflheim.
Yes you have to beat her to finish the game. However, she isn't beatable unless you pick up a key item from Selin in Geffenia04. Just search for a hidden passage on the left-most island of the map. You'll be given another item when you're approaching Hel automatically if you picked it up.
Then just use that item when she puts on her armor.

Just a note, I have beaten her without using that key item. Hence she is beatable. But she is significantly more difficult with armor on due to double move and more damage.

Ah, cool. Two more questions:
1) Where do I find the flower tiara in the post-game for the marriage choice with the girl?
2) How do I clear バドゥ再び立つ? I've rescued the witch and got her as a companion and she's telling me to go somewhere but I have no clue where.

i can't win a battle with this "amazing delicious overpowered succubus with glasses boss" i've defeated the little one ( i hate loli >.<) the amazing overpowered succubus with iron hand, and now, i still here... losing, and getting raped by this sexy one in glasses.
any tips?

actually you can power through the battle without the item. I learned this the hard way.

You have to go through a teleport puzzle and then fight a Naga/Lamia type boss, after which you return to the witch who will cure Bard (When you win you get a pill). Then go back to the Casino/Pub in Komodo and the quest about the leaf crown and marrying Tasa will be given to you after talking to the owner, just go to your house and view the event.
For 1 you have to clear the quest in which you cure Bard's sexual impotence, which is related to your second question I think. You have to go to the dungeon that's located in Shangri-La (I believe is the name) which is the zone that's past the monster infested capital in the Asian city, where you found the collapsed guy earlier in the game. It looks like a city in the sky.

to get Hel(yes her name only has one L) you just have to beat her then go back to where you fought her after the credit roll.
can you clarify that statement?Some body can help me, i can't catch final boss

Loaded up your save, you have to beat the final boss (Located in the area in the upper right on your world map), then revisit the same area and talk to her in the area where you beat her the first time.Can see help me

However, it can be discussed, and links can be communicated via private messages (whatever goes on in PMs are strictly between the two persons involved in the messages).
Yeah, it's a bummer for all - especially for those that aren't even here for the couple loli scenes. I highly recommend learning to use torrents though, or at least google. Just google ROBFS4U and/or its dlsite ID, and you should have more than a few download links.
- For one, the game doesn't track your progress with a global save file (even though there are many RPG Maker games that do so via public or system_data.rvdata2 files); all progress is recorded on each individual save.
- For two, while it's more tedious to make a new game plus common event or script that resets all event variables in your current save game to simulate a "new game plus", it's a viable option that the dev hasn't made use of either.
I am 97% sure that there is no way as of the vanilla game to carry over any stats or items to a new game. Once you complete the game, you're just going to free roam and enjoy the CG you've collected, and/or wait until the dev releases new content (if he does, like in his first ROBF).
After you defeat her (without using the purple gem on her, I think), she'll be waiting for you on the stairs in her room. Talking to her will have her join you.

That's where Hel ("Lord of Death", the final boss) should be. You don't capture her.
