Having played the trial, it does have sprite sex. You should try it, actually. Pretty much everything is animated.
There was a thread on that game just a short while ago, but it's gone now. Additionally, searching the game number doesn't turn up a DLsite link at all.

A heads up. "Phantom Buster Rumi" definitely isn't a Sidescroller. I'm not sure the name of the genre but it's one of those "Click on part of girl to do stuff to that part of girl" like Meet 'n' Fuck games, except a lot closer to being guro.

I recall a game, that is sprite like based, technically its a girl captured by a man, technically turning into a slave, well here's the unique thing i recall from it...

There's also a sprite game I came across on fc2 video. It's called Kukuri and it has quite a lot of sprite sex, although it's game over. Almost every monster has a scene and the bosses reportedly have multiples depending on what deals your final blow. I can't link to it though, for loli reasons, but if you search "Kukuri game" it'll come up. It's still being developed, too. Sorry if the game has been mentioned before, but a forum search of the game name showed no results. At least not for me.

I found out something interesting about the Castle boss in Kukuri. If you defeat her yet somehow manage to get defeated by one of the enemies (slime, eyeball thing, and tentacle pit) then it will show a scene of the two girls being raped by the enemy.
