Edit: Played the demo. yes, you can mark your territory anywhere, kinda like in the good Acerola games, just that you don't have to fill up in this game. Marking your territory doesn't provide you with much benefits besides a +1 h-state however...

Story: You are a mother of a son and you two move to a resort Island because mama wants to do slutty stuff. Also you can earn money by selling panties. The more smelly they are, the more money you earn. (at least that is what my google fu tells me)

I downloaded the demo to give it a try. Is there anything which can be done about the screen size ?
I prefer to play the Japanese games in window mode so that I can look at the translation simultaneously.

I know about the resolution.But instead of trying to resize the screen, better make a quick partial for the menus at least, so that we can get around.

On another note, i didn't find any bugs in their games ever! Then again, i've never played the good path, i like it when my characters become low, horny bitches!

Heroine seems to be a strangely perverted slut from the beginning.
Also the Cheating part seems to be from an existing husband that doesn't appear in the game, but she travels around with her son.

Just saying, my experience with this circle past game early release are not bug free, there could be bug preventing you from progressing, just for precaution, if it didn't get through. & no bashing at all, no, never intend to, in case you succeed to misunderstood or a bit sensitive liek mah self.
Then again, with just being a RPG Maker, we could fiddle with the bug ourself, so no problem at all, again, just for precaution, in case such unforeseenness could kill your boneh thus ruining your phappy tiem.
