^ Yep, 1st time running around I saw some giant red pools. Then a random van ran over someone. I was like : LOL dude. Then another random van smashed me. Game over screen ensued. Karma hates me.

After finishing the game, I can't find the photo session event with the omake girl. I've seen the photo session event before (it was practically my first H-event), but it doesn't seem to be showing up on the PC in the room, or with any of the girls standing outside. Is the only way to view that event again to start a new game, or am I missing something?
