Are characters shown on this board playable/downloadable somewhere? I see a lot of decent animation, but no links

As far as my skill goes, you can use fighter factory to do that things [eg ripping gif and replace it in character animation]

It requires lots of freakin determination and time though

I have time and determination.

I've never heard of Fighter Factory though. If all I need is drag/dropping files into folders, renaming stuff and changing a few lines I can do it.

But if it involves really technical stuff like coding I can't do it.

Its not that hard. its just tedious that you have to work around replacing 1-3 animation around thousand of the one inside a character .def SO little to no coding at all if you're using fighter factory

And if you're in for the first time, failure is bound to happen, but just be hard-headed and you will be able to do that

I speak from experience, its just tedious. thats all

I just got Fighter Factory and yeah it looks really difficult to work with.

Hopefully I can find a guide somewhere that will help. Do you know if it's possible to directly just insert those gifs, or do I have to do it frame by frame?

You have to;
-insert it frame by frame
-add data/info in about how fast the animation should go, if it should loop, etc.
-position the images accurately to where Kuromaru or whatever else is fucking the character would be set at
-add in sounds that match the timing of the frames

So it's quite a bit!

What I do is convert the gif into .bmp file, then add it in character sprites

I'm pretty sure there's a better way [eg unpacking the sff and just copy-paste the .bmp since it easily match] but I haven't got to that part yet

Science breakthrough, using Fighter Factory 3 was easier and less error

-Add 4-5 BMP Files, determine which group and index, in mine its group 26636 indexed 0 for image1, then index 2 for image 2, etc
-Adjust the .bmp XY position so you don't get an awkward one

Alright, I'll see what I can do.

By the way, is there an active Mugen community forum out there? Besides the spanish site. There's an english Mugen imageboard too but it's dead.

I think the uploader has his own versions of the characters but he doesn't share them.

You know if you get this down good, you could take stuff from that forum, add it into the characters, and people would pretty much hail you as a god here, right (assuming you'd pass the modified characters out)

Here's an minor edit of Bao, with some of the moves you see in mugen_rapes version, only slightly different sprites and animation. But it's better than nothing, and at least it's a start. Let's hope the person that has done these edits will continue working on him.

The password is "bao" and the download will be up for a limited time, if it's like other downloads I've found on this site. So grab it while you can.

One question, any way you can add Ero_helper, or know a way we can replace a character with Ero Helper?

Also I think arcade mode crashed for me when I tried to fight Millia Rage as A-shi, don't know if thats me or the game, crash log said it failed to load MIllia. (Odd, works this time. Hm)
