Finally got around to playing this game. Useful resources incoming.
Helpful controls:
CTRL skips text
SHIFT makes you walk faster (works in dungeon-crawling mode)
Q and W lets you change pages on the status distribution screen (bottom option in menu)
W displays the whole dungeon map
Z or SPACE + arrow keys lets you move without changing facing direction
Japanese walkthrough:
Every enemy has a special encounter where defeating her will result in the option to attempt to contract with her (bottom option when prompted). Below I list the first location where you are able to encounter them in their special encounter, and the correct conversation options and/or required items. I'm just posting here as I go, so I'll edit them in when I get to them. Expect it to be done over the weekend.

How to recruit every girl:
The five questions in the beginning determine your starting partner. If you answered the majority with the top options, you get Yatagarasu. If not, you start with Fenrir. Whichever you don't start with will be recruitable in one of Toukyou's dungeons.
Shinjuku (シンジュク)
ヤタガラス Yatagarasu: see above; encountered at the Angels' Castle in Toukyou
フェンリル Fenrir: see above; encountered at the Demons' Castle in Touyou

Whichever partner you did not start with will be encountered in their respective story dungeon. Yatagarasu is in the Angels' Castle, and Fenrir is in the Demons' Castle.

エンジェル Angel: flip the three Angel Switches in the castle

菊理姫 Kikuri-Hime: boss; automatically recruited once defeated

Unlock the dungeon by defeating Kresnik for the third time. The encounter starts without warning once you approach the skyscraper in the NE of Shinjuku.
She's a lot tougher, so be warned.
