It has voice acting which increases the file size a lot. Tried the demo and the plot is kinda like in Overwhored, you are some sort of once-vanquished evil overlord that can mind control women via sex. Also you are stitched together from body parts since the good guys killed you once - enemies drop hands and legs and whatnot and you can equip those.

Just an addition to the walkthrough, when you're dealing with the two girls and one guy at the end of B10 you need to kill the girls in one move each (fire magic should work). If not they'll get reinforcements and you won't get the scene.

As a H：O：T（仮） circle fan, I'm sadly disappointed with the lack of multiple endings and a new game plus. Axe Man Saga was slightly forgiving by giving you a new game plus in case you want to try going for other endings or starting off with better equipment.
Darkness Revenger is not so forgiving as you need to do it all correctly in one playthrough for the H scenes; not to mention that they're all floor restricted making them missable if you go up a floor too early.
As for the endings, they should've added 4 more for the other girls in your party and 1 ending of you being a mass murderer if you decided to kill off everyone in that run.
I'll include my save file for the H scenes but I'm missing one with the bar around the floor 7 time frame.
