Yeah can't help you there. I don't now what causes it so I have no clue how to avoid it.

Oh yeah that was posted here at one point. It seemed like a pretty fun game although I think it had a programming hole since it took way more memory to run than it should have.

I don't know. If you can find something better by all means use it.

Well, I'm using GM8.1 Pro, so I'm not sure that you'll be able to make the same kind of game with the Lite version. Also, I've had about 6 years experience with GM now, so not sure you'll be able to learn it too fast. However, on that note, this is the first side-scrolling platform game I've made, so there's parts that I'm learning as I go.

I checked out the thread, and was suprised by the amount of text there was on the first post. The guy definitely knows what he wants, and that's always a good thing.
