The biggest difference is that her allegiances have been tampered with, leaving everything foggy except for a feeling of loyalty to Aphrodite. Beyond that, her other allegiances are a bit more difficult to recall (as I noted in shoutbox PMs, anything that would see her acting against them would merit a resistance check to break enthrall).
Her mind hasn't really been tampered with extensively. She remembers everything that happened the day before, but with the spin that it feels like the slave processing happened longer ago (to the tune of weeks, though with no indication as to how many days), and, of course, she can't remember any conversations with Aphrodite, just that she's her "pet" and that being paraded to her door completely naked by a succubus and enjoying her company was a perfectly natural part of being that pet.
I.e. no changes to her memory so much as her perception of those recent memories. She even remembers that she is capable of mind raping people and everything.
