Alright, I must ask, if you only found out about the tower from an old man in the fishing village in the bay... why would your character be there in the first place? Given that the place is effectively in the middle of nowhere, why did you even go to the village? Most adventurers only tend to go anywhere near there after they've heard of the tower...
The only thing missing from your sheet is your attack damages. You've got the dice, but putting in the pluses makes my life much easier, since I don't have to calc it out whenever you try to stab someone. They should be:
Bashing: d2 + 10 + 4
Slashing: d10 + 7 + 4
Piercing: d12 + 5 + 4
Technically, you should have at least one mutation based on your background, but I'm just going to say that you got all of your flaws from the corruption and your Talents evolved naturally with your powers. You're going to be starting in Artmirst, with demons chasing you already.
