Really, she just has to kill something out of direct combat. Leave an enemy alive enough to sacrifice, but too weak to run away. In other words, don't cut him in half, decapitate him, gut him, and then stomp on his head for good measure. The specific how is up to you.

She would have to kill them ritualistically, rather than in combat, if she wanted more than a little jolt of EP, and yes she would need to feed like other demons. Demons can't just gobble up souls like daemons can. But yes, she can feed by killing.

Something I missed on your sheet: Your sword damages are one step too low. Slashing does Body/3, not Body/4, so it would be d10 + 4 + 13.
Bashing would be the same plus 20 instead of 13, and Piercing would be +10 instead of +8.
