Iris won't be direct, her character isn't like that, Jesse however is pretty direct, so if you make Iris direct with Jesse it will be weird becase Iris isn't that direct in showing feelings to Jesse, but Jesse, the one thats suppose to take the action 1st won't, Iris will have to make Jesse be direct with her instead of Iris being direct with Jesse, it's very complicated process of mind games. I dunno how you will work it out, but hiding in someone's room sure isn't a good idea if you didn't plan this far lol.

Blessing an action is like focusing on the action, and thus, you can simply do this, all in one turn,

Yup, but when you bless someone else, your character actually needs to concentrate, meaning she won't be able to make an action of her own while blessing the ally of your choosing.

Well... I could have Iris cry (again) and have her tell Jesse that she never forgot her promise, that the items she was trying to give the woman were meant as a gift and that she got confused and scared when Jesse started yelling at her and got so angry. She could bring up that nobody has cared about her as much as Jesse sense her father and that she has never felt like this towards anyone but Jesse.

Sure, but don't word it exactly like that, because even that will only take her so far, and that's not far enough.

If what you have Iris say is tantamount to what you've written here, it's not going to have the desired effect. Word it differently, think of how you, or some girl you know would word it, as emotionally and passionately as possible. Don't have her just stating facts like, "I got confused and scared when you got angry," when I say it aloud, it doesn't sound very convincing. Add other words that add emotion to it, while they don't contribute to her point, they do contribute to how she's feeling.

My greatest tip, is to, "Feel," use your emotions as you type, and the answers should come to you.

Look, it's a lost cause, break down and apologize. Tell her how you feel about emily and say that her feelings for her prevents love. If Jesse would still like a fuck session, she's ready to give that, but love isn't up for her to give and she's sorry if that's something she can't bring herself to give her. She realizes how naive it was, and she never wanted to set jesse up just to let her fall, she just was doing what she felt would make her feel better. Reassure her that there's still plenty of people for her, but she can't expect them to just love them with a promise.

I've noticed that the role play has lost speed. We have been going for six weeks and four days now. Before the role play dies I think we should end it, then make a new one that takes place in the future.

Maybe have that final battle with the goddess or something. Or just have the happy ending where the goddess fails because of something.


And about Jesse and Iris. I think I should give up on it, Emily is kinda better for Iris anyways. If there was a way to just end this with them both being friends again I'd take it quickly.

I think a good way of putting it is that the greater amount of "screen time" has resulted in Aya developing more as a person than Sekia has.

I suppose it helps that RJ gave Aya her very own plotline to work through, whereas Sekia got tossed into the general pool. I think the extra practice at characterization also helps... if you go and pick up Sekia again, I think you'll do better at bringing her to life than you did originally.

Actually, I think the answer is "yes". "Training dexterity" in the form of having sex merely means having LOTS of sex. Like "spending the whole day in bed" lots of sex.

Do note that "stamina" and "essence" are two different stats - one physical, the other mental. So getting raped by a monster (or feeding your pet futa :D) causes your character to lose both stamina and essence - a little of the former, a lot of the latter.

However, if your character is like Selena and Mina, or someone having sex under the same situation, a bit more stamina is lost, due to the larger amount of a workout they're doing to have sex.

Lately, I slipped behind and thought it would take a lot of work to catch back up on everything, but after reading everything that I missed, which takes less than an hour, I realized I'm good and still have plenty of time. I mean CoC is very easy, it's post per post, so I'm not holding anyone up. Here, I realized, though I still have many missions ahead of me, however I go from here is dependent on what other people are doing, so technically I still have to wait. And UN, I caught up on EVERYONE and again have to just wait for a small indicator before catching up. I technically don't even have to wait, I just don't want to interfere with anyone else's actions.
Hell, considering all this, I've been putting my extra time into thinking about making an rp myself. I've had plenty of ideas and scratched the surface of a few number systems, but wanted to really have more time to bear down and write this stuff down. Should be easier when I get my computer back and if I get just a bit more free time, but work just started up and my instructor added more classes. Lin found Rin, and the party rescued her, but was attacked on the way back with Lin getting captured. Zerospace is unhappy.
The 3 M's (Melissa, Mina, and Melanie) rescued Kali. Mina's little secret is getting out one PC at a time.
Meredith and Stacy went out looting, rescued a NPC, then Meredith got hit with an aphrodisiac and started assaulting Stacy. The raptor that did it to them let them go home eventually. They are now making up.
Selena got a penis, went on a rape mini-rampage, stayed the night at the Prison while Jesse talked her victims into not blabbing, and is now back. Hasn't seen Kitty yet today.

I think it would be relatively uncontroversial to say that each person can decide the specifics of what is "good" and "evil" for themselves. And that from this perspective in the game I'd say "anyone who would try to rape me is evil, and anyone who would help me avoid being raped is good." Though a good default stance for someone who you're not sure of is "if they have a penis or tentacle, evil" with the caveat that some humans may turn out to defy that conversion.

I do feel like there ought to be a change to rescues... sure, it's not terribly realistic to have all the PC's auto-rescued. On the other hand, if you have to wait several in-game days doing nothing for a rescue, there's probably a good chance you'll leave the game.

My vote goes for "you get an option when you get captured"

1.) Get auto-rescued. You return to the inn at 0 stamina after a few real-life days and you lose favor with the inn because they had to send out employees to save your ass.

2.) Wait for rescue. The people who rescue you get more favor with the inn, and are given the opportunity to search the building you were found in while they're out there anyway. You return to the inn at 0 stamina as soon as you are rescued.

Either way, the GM picks a stat that improves slightly during your 'stay'. If you got rescued by a player, you have a small amount of energy left to pick an additional stat to raise by a small amount as long as it isn't physically intensive. (Or you can put that work into the stat the GM picked).

That way there's an incentive to rescue you and for you to await player action to get rescued, but you also don't have to keep waiting if you don't want to.

Now, Jenn is done talking and I'll continue. That first one was "Courier New" which gives me one lower sizes if I decide to whisper and of course plenty of larger or bolder ones for being loud in.

I'd considered bold or one of the bolded fonts for regular speech, but it felt too loud. And since I already use Italics for thought, that leaves me two real options: indentation and color. Indentation... well it would be fairly obvious since I don't indent regular paragraphs on the internet, but it looks kinda silly for multi-line speeches since nothing else is indented. I could do center but that fails for multi-line as well.

On consideration, the changed font is clear, but only if you look closely. And if you're looking closely you saw the end quote in the first place (assuming I remember it, but then I could forget to close the font/color tag as easily). I use bold and underline mainly for shifts in emphasis - think a character's voice getting louder as they move from speaking to yelling. And indents are useful for segregating out blocks of text from others, as above. Left-justification, centering, and right-justification are really tools for large blocks of text - like several paragraphs' worth. I don't think those'd have any real place in AWMBI posts.

As to dark versus light - well, yeah, the default background for the forum is light, so use a dark-coloured font. I use Navy, but it's not like I have a trademark on it or anything - somebody else could use Navy for their character, too - so if you prefer DarkGreen, that's entirely your choice.

Letris was on the board to help out too, but she's out right now and I kinda want to get the mission started as soon as possible. 1.) This is the zoo, a mission that I assume RJ has thoroughly planned out. No way the choice was "pick the lock, or pick up the key and pick the lock" with no penalty for going into the restaurant.

2.) There's a huge description of the restaurant. And the entire thing seems designed to suggest that it's safe. Except that it's also subtly wrong.

3.) Specifically mentioned are the fact that the lights can't go out (Like the DM shouting "Hey, don't bother worrying about light levels here" when we, um, weren't worrying about light previously). Now I'm pretty sure we're going to end up in the dark.

4.) Specifically mentioned are the hard-wood floors. I don't think I've seen a description of the floors anywhere else in this game. Floors are, in fact, boring things to describe. WHAT'S GOING THROUGH THE FLOOR!?!?!? IS IT ME OR TENTACLES!?!?!?

I never actually played Super Punch Out. When I first saw someone else playing it when I was just a kid, it didn't really seem that great compared to Star Fox, which I played over and over. :p So, I never really got into the Punch Out series until now.

For some reason, I can't get on the wireless internet with my Wii in order to get those kinds of games. Besides, like Toxic said, I've still got a nice little perch for my favorite NES games.

Hehehe, I decided to look, I've got: Zelda, Zelda 2, Super Mario 1&3, Solomon's Key, and Tetris (Personal favorite)

At one point it was at least 101 games for me (I counted when I was like 8) Since then, we've pretty much lost a bunch. We're not much for selling them, but I wouldn't put it past my parents to sneak away a few of them to turn a profit for later games. But yeah, we still have a tiny bookshelf of our games. I even take my SNES to college with me.
