Take your time in catching up -- I'm going to see if RJ will help us out on a looting mission by using Claire's Visions ability to spot a decent place (even if it sounds like the women in the other survivor camp have taken most of it.)

It won't be a plot-line mission so you shouldn't have to worry about catching up with too much.

But, if essence is involved, Vision will allow Claire to see whatever she wants to, past, present, and even future, which will help in case she learns that enemies were going to try and ambush them, and informs her comrades of this fact. Thus making the perception roll nearly impossible to fail.

There are some neat things you can do with Vision. :D

That's probably after this mission :P, and will require some work on Iris's part. Although I am going to note that if Iris goes down before Luna in any scenario. Luna will RAGE all over the thing that managed to take Iris down. For now... I guess Luna will act reclusive for a bit, and sort of "repent" for her behavior earlier.

All inspired gain more powers as the plot develops, or as the, "End of the world" approaches.

One PC can render another PC unable to perform action, and can make a minor wound on them, at best. But, no dieing there, as dead people can't be saved or returned! :p

Simply put, all of the problems and near arguments I've seen, both caused by me or caused by others, has been because of ignoring the line from OOC and IC, and expectations of how events should play out due to OOC information... ending up not meeting our expectations IC.

(My complaint about Azure's situation with the director. Emily's griping that Azure didn't call the pilot. I won't mention any I wasn't involved in, but I have seen others.)

If you have any expectations, try PMing people to save everyone grief. Beyond that, I've yet to see any real conflicts on the OOC front. And IC conflict is a good thing, it helps drive the story.

I've seen that, too, though I feel I'm more willing to be lenient with RJ when he throws up a road-block that I didn't expect to come across, even if it seems counter-intuitive to game play.

I have been doing the PM thing and it seems to work fairly well, thank goodness! :)

I don't even see Claire and Azure being in conflict too much in character, is the funny thing. Claire might balk at Azure's brusque personality, but aside from that, the worse that I can see is that the two would be rival researchers -- not that Claire's had as much a chance to use that 'seeks knowledge' thing lately. XD When I started out doing that, I found it more difficult to get results from RJ so I've since toned it down (not worth the grief to go on knowledge hunts that aren't going anywhere, right? Now I suppose I just need to PM RJ to find out what I can and shouldn't try to pursue! I'm assuming essence-related things from past/present/future... but that's so vague. XD)

But on the other hand, IC conflict can be good, yeah, but I feel like it has more of a place in games that are geared less towards stats leveling up and more towards free-form games where there aren't adventures and missions to go on. >_> We hardly have a chance to get friendly relationships going, let alone vendettas.

2/b) If you fail... move on
3.) Roll to disrobe

5.) Rape

GOTO 5

As in... once you're grappled, you're considered disarmed and knocked down if required.

Well actually, Luna has no brawl but a higher gun skill than Iris, with a few higher stats such as more stamina, and "orgasm"... but generally from IC interaction + drawbacks... Iris is the more pleasant one to be with. (No fat duh). Although I just found a legitmate excuse for Luna's possible "cannibalism". (Survival level 3 *cough*) But the main problem is that "brawling" is the necessary skill for that mission, so she might actually have a hard time unless she's allowed to kill everyone on sight with weapons.

Edit: Well, if she goes with Luna, we're going to have to hope Luna's not "obsessive" over Iris at that point. (Provided the Goddess dies, she'll find a new thing to obsess about as is her nature). Since if she's a "jealous" Luna = ... *censored for decency's sake*.
